Pairaphrase + ClassLink Make Secure AI Translation Easier for K–12

Pairaphrase has partnered with ClassLink to make it easier for K–12 school districts to give authorized educators and staff secure access to AI-powered document translation and multilingual communication tools.

Through the new integration, districts that use Pairaphrase and ClassLink can access Pairaphrase through ClassLink SAML-based single sign-on (SSO). Staff can use their existing school credentials instead of managing another separate login.

Easier Access to Secure Translation for Schools

Schools regularly need to translate family communications, forms, school documents and other multilingual materials—some of which may contain student-related information. Pairaphrase gives districts a controlled, FERPA-aligned alternative to consumer translation tools, helping schools maintain greater control over how multilingual content and potentially sensitive information are handled.

The ClassLink integration makes that secure translation environment easier for authorized staff to access using a system their district already relies on.

Pairaphrase is also the first governed document translation application available through ClassLink, expanding the ClassLink digital resource ecosystem with a solution designed specifically for organizations that need secure, governed translation workflows.

For schools, the result is a simpler way to support multilingual communication while maintaining appropriate access controls.

Districts using both platforms can provide authorized users with access to Pairaphrase through ClassLink SSO, with each user's Pairaphrase access governed by their organization's existing account permissions.
