Delete Your PairaVoice Account and Data

PairaVoice is provided by Pairaphrase LLC. This page explains how PairaVoice users can request deletion of their account and associated app data.

Delete Your Account in the App

You can delete your PairaVoice account directly in the app:

Settings → Manage → Delete my Account

Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm account deletion.

Request Account Deletion by Email

You can also request deletion of your PairaVoice account and associated app data without reinstalling or accessing the app.

In your email, include the email address associated with your PairaVoice account so we can identify the correct account.

What Data Is Deleted

When your PairaVoice account deletion request is processed, Pairaphrase deletes your PairaVoice account and associated account-level data, such as your account profile and login access.

Data That May Be Retained

Some conversation data may be retained after account deletion if the conversation involved more than one user. This is necessary so the remaining participant can continue to access their conversation history, transcripts, translations, or notes associated with that shared conversation.

Pairaphrase may also retain limited records where required for legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.

Any retained data is kept only for the applicable purpose and is not used to provide active PairaVoice app functionality to the deleted account.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days after we receive the request and verify the account information.

Subscription Cancellation

Deleting your PairaVoice account may not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.

If you subscribed through Google Play, you may also need to cancel your subscription through your Google Play account:

Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PairaVoice → Cancel subscription
