As the demand for AI-driven productivity and language access continues to grow, we’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager who can help expand our market presence, generate qualified pipeline, and establish Pairaphrase as a recognized leader in secure translation technology.

About the Role

This is a highly visible role with direct access to company leadership.

You’ll own and execute demand generation initiatives designed to attract, engage, and convert prospective customers. You’ll help drive awareness, build authority, and generate pipeline across our target markets, including education, healthcare, LSPs, and enterprise organizations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution and wants the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a growing SaaS business.

What you’ll do

Demand Generation & Campaign Management

• Develop and execute demand generation campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified opportunities.
• Support the marketing funnel from first touch through sales opportunity.
• Work closely with leadership and sales to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

SEO & AI Search Optimization

• Improve Pairaphrase’s organic search visibility through SEO best practices.
• Develop strategies to improve visibility within AI-powered search and answer engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Identify emerging search trends and opportunities to increase brand discovery.

Content Marketing

• Create and promote educational content including:
  • Blog articles
  • White papers
  • Case studies
  • Webinars
  • Customer success stories
  • Industry guides
  • Email campaigns
• Help position Pairaphrase as a trusted authority in secure translation, healthcare language access, AI translation, and multilingual communication.

Social Media & Brand Awareness

• Manage and grow Pairaphrase’s LinkedIn presence.
• Share thought leadership, customer stories, educational content, and industry insights.
• Increase engagement among key decision-makers and influencers.

Webinar & Event Marketing

• Plan and promote webinars and virtual events.
• Support conference marketing and speaking opportunities.
• Help maximize awareness and lead generation from events.

Marketing Automation & Email Nurturing

• Create and optimize email marketing campaigns and automated workflows.
• Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on industry and buyer journey stage.
• Improve lead engagement and conversion rates.

Influencer & Partner Outreach

• Identify opportunities to collaborate with industry experts, consultants, associations, and strategic partners.
• Support co-marketing initiatives that expand awareness and credibility.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report on marketing performance.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Monitor key metrics including:
  • Website traffic
  • Organic search growth
  • AI search visibility
  • Content engagement
  • Demo requests
  • Marketing-generated opportunities
  • Pipeline contribution

What we're looking for

Required Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.
• Strong understanding of:
  • SEO
  • GEO
  • Content marketing
  • Email marketing
  • Marketing automation
  • Social media marketing
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter who can manage projects independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing SaaS solutions.
• Experience targeting healthcare, legal, government, education, or enterprise buyers.
• Familiarity with AI, compliance, cybersecurity, or workflow software.
• Experience with webinars and virtual events.
• Interest in emerging AI search and GEO strategies.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000
• Performance Bonus: Up to 40% of annual salary
